Thank you for shopping with Out Of Character. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Note: During peak periods or special drops, processing may take slightly longer.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days (varies by country and customs)

We do our best to meet these timelines, but please note delays may occur due to high order volumes, weather, or carrier issues.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.


International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes incurred once the order reaches your country. These fees are not included in our shipping charges.


Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

Once your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package goes missing or is delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll reach out to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
