At Out Of Character, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear. If something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on eligible items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags must still be attached

  • Must be returned in original packaging

Please note:

  • Sale items, limited edition releases, and gift cards are non-refundable unless they are defective or incorrect.


How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at ofcharacterr@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is incorrect or faulty.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You’ll be notified of the approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back without a refund.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at ofcharacterr@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.
